Ingredients

crust : unbleached enriched wheat flour (flour, malted barley flour, alpha-amylase, ascorbic acid and azodibarbonamide (dough conditioners), niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acide), water, whole grain wheat flour, whole barley flour, canola oil, yeast, oat fiber, sugar, wheat gluten, salt, distilled white vinegar, sodium steroyl lactylate and l-cysteine hydrochloride (dough conditioners), calcium proprionate and sorbic acid (to preserve freshness).

Bottom of crust is dusted with breadcrumbs (wheat flour, sugar, yeast, salt niacin. ferrous sulphate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid) to enhance texture.

sauce: water, tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, modified corn starch, salt, canola oil, spices, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, sodium benzoate (to preserve freshness), citric acid.

Cooking instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C)

For a tender crust, use a vented pizza pan or a cookie sheet

PREPARATION

Brush the pizza crust with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.  Spread the included pizza sauce on the crust (each pouch of pizza sauce makes 4 crusts), then top with your favorite toppings.  Be creative and express yourself.

Place dressed pizza directly on the middle oven rack.

Bake pizza for 5 to 7 minutes, or until cheese begins to bubble. To golden the cheese set the oven to broil for a few seconds.
