crust : Whole wheat flour, water, yeast, sugar canola oil, salt, wheat gluten, vinegar, sodium stearoyl lactylate, calcium propionate, sorbic acid, ascorbic acid, enzymes.

Cooking instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C)

For a tender crust, use a vented pizza pan or a cookie sheet


Brush the pizza crust with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.  Spread the included pizza sauce on the crust, then top with your favorite toppings.  Be creative and express yourself.

Place dressed pizza directly on the middle oven rack.

Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, or until cheese begins to bubble.  To golden the cheese set the oven to broil for a few seconds.
